G.H. Jackson's paperhanging shop stood on this site in 1900.

Columbia Hotel built in 1908 for the Dwan Brothers.

In 1918 the proprietor was a Mrs Maria Cook.

Formerly the Columbia Hotel,

Converted in 1985 to residential apartments, studio and office space.

Currently Trends Active Imports clothing store (ground level).
