"Sir - There is more than a shower bath in the mall for all who care to look. The technological applications involved in the mobile fountain present a historical appreciation of the "orders of levers," reciprocation, friction, resistance and a host of other more obscure pronciples which should immediately present to the fertile mind, possibilities of applications to completely new inventions. Depending on how you look at it, this novel fountain represents Art, in the modern forums of appreciations, and is possibly of more real value in some respects than many of the uninterrupted examples of surrealism and utterly "way out" forms extant in other areas. The designer deserves compliments for an example that should give pause for thought in the modern technology of industrial art.
